2019 Southern Conference All-Freshman Team

2020: Started all 16 games…hit .349 with a double, two triples, two home runs and 10 RBIs…hit safely in 13 games, including eight multi-hit games…homered in the series finale against Coppin State…hit second home run in a two-hit effort at Charleston Southern…went 7-for-12 with five runs scored in series sweep over Saint Peter’s…drove in two runs in the middle game against Hartford…ended season with two-hit performance against VCU.

2019: Started 54 games at second base...hit .333 with 15 doubles, one triple, one home run and 22 RBIs...ranks fourth all-time in doubles by a freshman...scored 35 runs and stole nine bases...hit safely in all three games of Delaware State series...went 5-for-5 with two doubles, two RBIs and three runs scored in series finale...became just the third freshman in program history to collect five hits in a game...put together season-long 12-game hit streak in early March...streak included game against South Carolina where he went 3-for-6 with three RBIs...added three doubles in 3-for-5 effort against Georgia Southern...opened April with a 10-game hit streak...collected five hits in final two games against Mercer and first two games against Samford...stole two bases and had two hits in first game of a doubleheader against USF...hit first career home run on first pitch he saw in SoCon Tournament.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played for head coach Tim Perry at Airport High School…two-time all all-state and four-time all-region selection…hit .412 as a senior, setting record for hits, totals bases and doubles…set record for extra-base hits while hitting .402 as a junior…posted .342 average as a sophomore and .432 as a freshman…graduated fourth in his class.
 
PERSONAL: Son of Corky and Jeri Corbitt…plans to major in electrical engineering.
