HIGH SCHOOL: Played for head coach Landy Cox at Berkeley High School…hit .420 and went 2-0 with a 0.00 ERA in a shortened senior season…named Region Player of the Year after hitting .340, and going 8-0 with a 0.70 ERA as a junior…selected Summerville Journal Scene Player of the Year, all-state and First-Team All-Lowcountry…garnered all-region accolades as a freshman…graduated in the Top 20 in his class.
 
PERSONAL: Son Jeff and Tina Zeigler, and Misty and Lee Southard…dad received his MBA from The Citadel…plans to major in civil engineering.
