Soccer Victorious Against Jacksonville in Spring Finale

Jacksonville, Fla. - The Bulldog soccer team concluded the spring season with a 3-1 defeat over Jacksonville University on Sunday afternoon. The Citadel finished the 2011 spring slate with a 3-2 overall record.

Freshmen Mariana Garcia, Ruth Leiva and Jillian Meyer each tallied a goal for the Cadets. Defending the Bulldog net were junior Laura Serafino and freshman Sarah Katchen.

Senior Nicole Martinoli and junior Hannah Warne also finished the match with standout performances.
