Bulldog Wrestling Heads to Annapolis to Compete in the Navy Classic
Charleston, S.C. – The Citadel wrestling team will return to action on Saturday as it travels to the United States Naval Academy to take part in the annual Navy Classic at Wesley Brown Field House. Matches are slated to begin at 10:00 am.
The Bulldogs will be battling it out with eight teams — Bucknell, Cleveland State, Franklin & Marshall, George Mason, Kent State, Navy, Ohio, West Virginia — for the 2012 Navy Classic crown.

Tickets: $7 adults, $5 students (18 years and under)
The Citadel grapplers are coming off a tough home dual loss against powerhouse Arizona State in the 3rd Battalion last Sunday. In the match, 141-pound Ugi Khishignyam posted the team's only points when he recorded his second pin of the season at the 5:44 mark to improve his overall record to 5-1 on the season.
The Bulldogs nabbed fourth place at the Navy Classic a season ago, while host Navy took the team title for the 19th time in 34 years.
