January 27, 2012 Bulldog Rifle Continues Home Stretch with Weekend NCAA Open Match The Citadel Rifle team will host their third of six consecutive home matches at the Inouye Marksmanship Center on Saturday and Sunday when they face-off against the United States Air Force Academy, N.C. State and Mississippi in an NCAA Open match. Small bore and air rifle will be shot on the both days.
January 23, 2012 Bulldog Rifle Fires a Second Place Score of 2260 in SEARC 5 Competition Junior captain Julia McCullohs led all Bulldog shooters in Saturday’s match with an air rifle score of 568 en route to a second place finish at the fifth Southeastern Air Rifle Conference match of the season at Inouye Marksmanship Center on Saturday. The Cadets finished with a SEARC team total of 2,260, a mere 44 points behind first place N.C. State (2,304).

The Nanooks will make their annual 4,365-mile trek to Charleston to shoot air rifle and smallbore.
January 13, 2012 Bulldog Rifle Opens Winter Slate at Mississippi The Bulldog Rifle team will take the 11-hour, 648-mile road trip to the campus of the University of Mississippi to take on the sixth ranked Rebels on Saturday. November 7, 2011 The Citadel Rifle Team Captures First Place in SEARC 4 Competition The Bulldog Rifle team shot a team score of 2243 to take first place in the fourth Southeastern Air Rifle conference match of the season on Saturday, Nov. 5, in Spartanburg, S.C. The first-place finish is the Bulldogs’ first since capturing the conference title in March of last season.
November 4, 2011 Bulldog Rifle Heads to the Upstate for SEARC 4 Competition The Citadel Rifle team will head to Spartanburg, S.C., on Saturday, Nov. 5, to compete in their fourth Southeastern Air Rifle Conference match of the season. The Bulldogs men's team took NCAA match honors after firing a total of 2,261, finishing ahead of N.C. State (2,255) and Wofford (2,143). The women's team, behind 2,191 points, placed third overall in the competition and defeated Wofford (2,143).
