2023: Started all 11 games...completed 109 passes for 1,230 yards and five touchdowns...rushed 77 times for 244 yards and a team-best three scores...rushed for 21 yards at Georgia Southern...connected on three-of-six for 50 yards against Campbell...completed 10 passes for 138 yards and a touchdown at South Carolina State...hit 11 targets for 91 yards and a score against Western Carolina...posted 18 completions for 226 yards to go along with 16 rushing yards and a score at Furman...connected on 11 passes for 118 yards while running for a season-high 57 yards and a touchdown against VMI...tallied 11 completions for 122 yards and a score at Samford...hit 13 passes for 139 yards and a score while running for 46 yards against Mercer...threw for 87 yards and rushed for 22 against Wofford...completed a season-high 22 passes for a season-best 244 yards and a score while running for 25 yards and a touchdown at ETSU.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played for head coach Tom Knotts at Dutch Fork High School…missed senior season with injury…part of four-straight state championships with the Silver Foxes…finished career by throwing for 1,295 yards and 11 touchdowns, while also rushing for 775 yards and 12 scores.

PERSONAL: Son of Ryan and Devon Underwood…plans to major in mechanical engineering.
