 The Citadel Points of Pride
ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE: The Citadel athletic teams have historically shined in the classroom, earning distinction within the Corps of Cadets with Gold Star and Dean's List recognition as well as external honors such as the Academic All-Southern Conference Team and CoSIDA Academic All-District and All-America acclaim. Kenny Caldwell, The Citadel's only three-time CoSIDA Academic All-American, was inducted into the organization's Hall of Fame in 2008. The Citadel has earned 29 CoSIDA Academic All-America citations, most recently by Charles "Will" Braddock.
