Charleston, S.C. - The Citadel Football Association will present the inaugural Lady Bulldogs: Football 101 seminar on Saturday, July 31, from 9 am -3 pm on The Citadel's campus.

Open only to women, the seminar features the basics of the game - Citadel style - and will be led by head coach Kevin Higgins and his staff.  Highlights of the program include a tour of all facilities, learning some of the agility drills, warm-up exercises and practice plays in addition to a fashion show as players model the team's uniforms.  Lunch will be served in the exclusive Pearson Club Level of Johnson Hagood Stadium.

Cost is $40 per person and includes lunch, a t-shirt and a Bulldog Notebook.  Participants that register prior to June 30 will pay only $30 per person or two for $50.

Proceeds benefit The Citadel Football Association and The Citadel Brigadier Foundation, and a portion of the event is tax deductible.
