2008: Split his summer between the Cape Cod League’s Bourne Braves and the Coastal Plain League’s Thomasville HiToms, winning a championship with the HiToms... led The Citadel with 11 multiple RBI games and was third on the team with 19 multiple hit games... led the Bulldogs with 11 home runs... fourth on the team with 12 doubles... went 2-for-4 with two runs scored and an RBI in the second game of a doubleheader against Delaware (2/23)... went 2-for-5 with two runs scored and three RBI against Evansville (3/8)... that game against Evansville kicked off a four-game stretch where he hit a home run in every game... went 2-for-4 with two RBI and a run scored against Wright State (3/8)... went 3-for-5 with three RBI in the rubber game at Elon (3/16)... in the rubber game against Furman (3/23), hit 2-for-4 with one RBI... posted a 3-for-4 performance with a run scored and an RBI in the series-opener against Appalachian State (3/28)... drove in two runs in a 2-for-4 performance in the series finale against Appalachian State (3/30)... drove in two runs in a 1-for-3 outing at Charleston Southern (4/8)... went 4-for-5 with a run scored in a 4-3 loss at No. 23 East Carolina (4/16)... caught fire in the series at Georgia Southern (5/2-4), batting 7-for-13 with six runs scored and eight RBI... capped the series off against the Eagles (5/4) with a 2-for-4 outing with four RBI and two runs scored as both hits were home runs... continued that streak in the next game at Winthrop (5/7), going 4-for-6 with three RBI and two runs scored.

2007: Southern Conference Freshman of the Year... named Freshman All-America by three different publications, including Baseball America, Louisville Slugger and Rivals.com... was named to the Ping! All-Freshman Team... named to the Southern Conference All-Tournament team after hitting 9-for-25 for a .360 average, driving in six runs, scoring four times, hitting three home runs and accumulating a .760 slugging percentage... named to the All-SoCon First Team by the media as a designated hitter and named All-SoCon Second Team DH by the coaches... named the SoCon Player of the Week for the week ending April 9... layed in 57 of 61 games, starting in 49... hit .335 and tied with Chris Swauger for the team lead in home runs with 15, which ties him with Swauger for sixth in school’s all-time charts for home runs in a season... put his name in the single-season charts for RBI in a season, bringing in 61 runs throughout the year...  hit a home run in four of the last seven games, including solo shots in three of the six games in the SoCon Tournament... blasted his first career home run vs. Eastern Illinois (3/16) as he went back-to-back with Matt Arnold in the third inning for a solo, one-out shot to dead center... posted two career-highs in an 11-8, 10-inning victory over Wofford (4/6) with five hits and four RBI... matched four RBI again in very next game against Wofford [1] (4/7)... blasted first career grand slam against Wofford [1] in 17-5 win (4/7) as he hit the first Bulldog grand slam since Chip Cannon on April 4, 2004 against Appalachian State... named SoCon Player of the Week for the week ending April 9, becoming the first freshman since 2003 to receive that honor for The Citadel... batted .667 including two doubles, a grand slam and eight RBI during the week... notched career-high six RBI in last two at bats in 17-0 win over Appalachian State (4/13) with a grand slam and triple... got the starting nod at catcher vs. Davidson (4/21) and ripped two home runs, scored a career-best five times and matched a career-high six RBI... crushed three home runs throughout the three-game series at Davidson... registered 10 RBI in the doubleheader at UNC Greensboro (5/6) as he hit three RBI doubles in the first game and a sacrifice fly, three-run home run and drew a bases loaded walk in the second game... fell only a triple shy of hitting for the cycle in the Bulldogs’ 8-6 win over No. 30 East Carolina (5/8), hitting a solo home run, single and double while driving in one and scoring twice.

High School: A graduate of Wilson Hall High School... named to the SCISA all-conference baseball squad in 2004 and 2005 while batting .487 during his junior campaign... member of the American Legion 2005 state championship team where he played for skipper Wallie Jones and posted a .422 average... ended high school career batting .537 with 11 home runs and 37 stolen bases.
