2007: Played in 48 games overall, including 14 appearances on the mound... made first collegiate appearance against East Tennessee State (2/10) as he got the starting nod in left field, going 2-for-2 including one RBI... belted first collegiate home run in 2-1 victory over Columbia (3/10) in game two of a doubleheader... that solo-shot in the seventh proved to be the game-winner... earned first collegiate victory in 8-7 win over Savannah State (3/13) as he tossed 3.2 innings and struck out a career-high two batters... notched two victories in the same week with the 8-7 win over Savannah State (3/13/) and a 5-4 win over Eastern Illinois (3/18), where he went 4.0 innings and struck out two while only allowing one hit and no runs... knocked in the tying and go-ahead runs with a bases-loaded single in 8-3 win over Winthrop (3/20)... made first collegiate start on the mound against Brown (3/28), leaving after 5.0 innings with a 3-2 lead and struck out two while allowing two runs on five hits but did not get a decision... made first weekend start on the mound against Wofford [2] (4/7), but did not register a decision after 4.0 innings, giving up six runs on eight hits and striking out one while walking four... notched two career-highs as he made the start at doubleheader vs. Wofford [1] (4/7), collecting three hits and four RBI... pitched 4.2 innings in a start at Davidson (4/22) but did not get a decision after allowing four runs (one earned) on six hits, walking two and fanning three... started against Charleston Southern (5/15), earning his third win of the year and first as a starter after pitching 5.0 innings and striking out five while allowing two runs on six hits... started against Elon (5/24) in the Southern Conference Tournament, not registering a decision as he pitched 3.1 innings, struck out three and allowed two runs on four hits.
