“Obviously Asher Wojciechowski was outstanding—one of the better performances he’s had in his career. Craig Clark and Andy Clawson deserve all the credit for getting that oblique strain straightened out. He threw the ball extremely well in our workouts prior to this and it was just a great day for him. Defensively I thought we were pretty good. Offensively we just nit and picked here and there and got some timely hits. Obviously Nick Orvin had a very big day for us for a freshman.”

“Asher Wojciechowski is pretty good, and he was great tonight. We tried to work some counts and do some things. He got his pitch count up, but they left him out there.”
