2009: Finished the season ranked 22nd in the nation in hits with 95, a mark that ranks tied for third in the school's single-season charts... led the team with 23 doubles, the third-most in a single year by any Bulldog player and a mark that ranked him 23rd in the nation... ranked 63rd in the nation in the toughest to strike out category... finished the year with 145 total bases, two shy of The Citadel's single-season top-10 charts... hit a dominating .442 (42-for-95) on the road... tied teammate Nick Orvin with a team-leading three triples on the year... third on the team with seven home runs... was hit by a pitch on 10 occasions, leading the team... notched a career-best 13-game hitting streak early in the season, ending with one hit vs. Air Force (3/28)... that streak included a stretch where he recorded six consecutive multiple-hit games... after ending the streak with an 0-for-3 day against Air Force (3/29), he immediately began a 10-game hitting streak, getting hits in a total of 23-of-24 consecutive games in that run... recorded a career-best five RBI vs. Elon (3/6), including a walk-off grand slam over the Phoenix in the bottom of the 11th... that marked the second walk-off grand slam that Altman has hit against Elon in extra-innings in his career... that win helped spark the Bulldogs' series victory over Elon for the first time since 2004... went 3-for-6 in the second game of the opening series vs. Indiana State [1] (2/21), the first of 29 multiple-hit games for Altman... he also registered three RBI in that game... scored three of the team's four runs against Radford (2/27) in a 2-for-3 outing, the first of four games where he would score three runs... went 3-for-4 with three runs vs. Quinnipiac (3/9)... also scored three runs against South Carolina (3/31) and against Wofford( 4/3)... went 7-for-9 with four runs scored in two games against South Carolina, helping the Bulldogs sweep the Gamecocks for the first time since 1961... recorded a career-best five hits in a 5-for-6 outing with two runs scored at Western Carolina (3/20)... went 5-for-12 in the regular season series finale against the College of Charleston (5/14-16) as the Bulldogs swept the Cougars to clinch third in the SoCon... started in all 59 games.

2008: Played in all 56 games, starting 54... fourth on the team in hits with 58... recorded 251 plate appearances, third-most on the team... scored 32 runs on the year while driving in 35... had the second-longest hitting streak on the team, reaching base in 10 consecutive games...  went 15-for-47 during the 10-game stretch that started with a 2-for-5 and two RBI performance against Winthrop (3/26) and ended with a 1-for-3 outing and two RBI at Charleston Southern (4/8), scoring 10 runs and notching 14 RBI... tied a career-high three hits in a game on three separate occasions, including against UNC Greensboro (4/18), at Wofford (4/6) in the first game of a doubleheader as the Bulldogs routed the Terriers 18-2 and against No. 6 South Carolina (4/1)... tied a career-high 4 RBI in the 18-2 victory at Wofford (4/6)... in a 12-0 victory over Delaware (2/23) in the second game of a doubleheader on opening day, hit his first home run of the season while going 1-for-3 with three RBI and two walks... went 2-for-4 against North Carolina State (3/2) in the final day of the Charleston Firefighter Memorial Challenge presented by the Charleston Crab House... went 2-for-5 with two runs scored and two RBI against USC Upstate (3/5)... went 2-for-5 with a run scored and two RBI in The Citadel's 13-7 win over UNC Asheville (3/9), sealing the Bulldogs' title in The Citadel Shootout... both hits in his 2-for-4 performance against Charleston Southern (3/18) were doubles, tying a career-high mark set in 2007 against Elon (3/25)... also recorded a run scored and RBI in that game against the Buccaneers... went 2-for-4 in The Citadel's 5-2 rubber game victory over archrival Furman (3/23)... drove in two runs in a 1-for-5 performance against Davidson (4/13)... went 2-for-4 with a run scored and another driven in during a 9-6 loss at the College of Charleston (4/27)... went 1-for-2 with a run scored after replacing Conrad Kellahan at second base in the sixth inning in the rubber game at Georgia Southern (5/4)... was the first run in off Richard Jones' three-run home run in the top of the ninth that tied the game, 5-5, before the Eagles scored a controversial, game-winning run in the bottom half of the inning... posted a two-hit performance in three of the last four games of the season, including a pair of 2-for-4 outings against Presbyterian (5/15, 5/17)... in the final regular season game against Presbyterian (5/17), drove in one run and scored once as the Bulldogs sealed the sweep of the Blue Hose with an 11-1 victory... went 2-for-5 with a run scored and an RBI in the Southern Conference Tournament Opening Round game against Wofford.

2007: Hit safely in 44 of 61 games... career-high 12-game hitting streak came to an end vs. Georgia Southern (5/11)... recorded a career-high four RBI against Elon in the Southern Conference Tournament (5/24)... knocked in three runs in The Citadel's 25-14 win over Davidson (4/21)... three of his seven home runs came with two runners on base while his last home run of the season was a grand slam against Elon  in the Southern Conference tournament (5/24)... posted another three-hit outing in 11-8 win over Wofford (4/6), including a walk-off, three-run home run... belted a three-run home run in 8-3 victory over Winthrop (3/20)... tied career-high three hits vs. Eastern Illinois (3/17), while also scoring three of the Dogs' five runs... blasted first collegiate home run against No.1 South Carolina (2/18), a three-run blast that pulled the Dogs within one run of the Gamecocks in the seventh in a 7-6 come-from-behind victory... hit safely in 11 of the first 12 games... the only game he did not register a hit in that stretch was against Liberty on 2/17 when the Flames held the Bulldogs to only two hits on the night... smacked career-high three hits against Richmond in 7-6, 10-inning win on Feb. 16... made collegiate debut in opener against East Tennessee State (2/9)... batted 2-for-4 including first career triple, while scoring four times and knocking in a run.

2006: Redshirted, did not see game action... played in Summerville, S.C. with the American Legion over the summer.

High School: Earned two varsity letters and was named to the all-region team in 2004 and all-state in 2005 at Summerville High School.
